What a perfect day for this elegant Brisbane riverside wedding at Kangaroo Point.
There are two riverside wedding lawns that are popular for wedding ceremonies at Kangaroo Pt, our couple booked area 2 for its stunning river and city backdrop. Opting for our Pure Love ceremony decor package with our white aisle pillars and gorgeous fresh floral arrangements by their Florist, their ceremony setup fitted perfectly with their simply elegant wedding styling.
Fresh orchids were added to the aisle chairs to complete the luxurious vibe.
We were so excited this couple also opted to have Brisbane Celebrant Jamie Eastgate design and deliver their ceremony. With over 10 years experience as one of Brisbane’s most highly sought after Celebrants, Jamie really knows how to design and deliver amazing ceremonies, and he met this couples brief for a relaxed, modern and enjoyable ceremony to absolute perfection!
Being a small wedding with 24 guests attending, the couple ensured there were enough seats for everyone (which looks super neat) so Jamie got everyone seated and pumped up for the ceremony, ready for the arrival of the bride.
The bride was walked down the aisle by her Mum, and once their eyes met, they couldn’t take their eyes off each other.
An auslan interpreter was on hand to ensure everyone present could enjoy the words chosen for the beautiful ceremony.
We love a good rose petal shower with a passion, look at these two glowing with happiness as they walk back down together through a cloud of fresh rose petals.
An amazing ceremony and so beautifully captured by the talented Still Wild Love.
This couple were undeterred by a lock down taking place two weeks before their wedding date. Knowing that whatever restrictions were in place, more than anything, they simply wanted to marry their soulmate, so they would work with whatever restrictions came their way. To everyone’s surprise, the Brisbane lock down ended early, on the day of their wedding, so they could proceed with their small wedding exactly as they had planned.
After frolicking along the Brisbane river for some beautiful location photos. The couple made their way to the private dining room at Rico Restaurant for a celebration dinner where more gorgeous flower arrangements filled the table, and the ceremony flowers were placed on our white frame plinths to be enjoyed throughout the evening.
We are so happy for them that despite lock downs and restrictions in place, they didn’t get nervous and postpone. Instead, waiting it out meant they got to have their dream wedding and marry the one they love.
Congratulations to the happy newlyweds and thank you for choosing us to create the ceremony set up for your Brisbane riverside wedding.
