How do I secure the date? 

Once you have chosen the package and items you would like for your ceremony and have contacted us via our contact page here, we will provide your quote. You will find the payment info and options on the foot of your quote.

Do I book my ceremony lawn directly?

Yes, you can book your ceremony lawn directly through Brisbane City Council, please ensure your booking starts 90 minutes before your ceremony start time (or 60 minutes for small and simple settings without an arbour).

This allows us time to setup and have everything ready looking perfect when your guests begin to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Any tips to assist with my ceremony running on time?

To assist your wedding schedule staying on track and your day running on time, so you can enjoy your day without feeling rushed, we recommend including on your wedding invitations for your ceremony, a guest arrival time being 30 minutes before your ceremony start time. You could even include an arrival time of 45 minutes before your ceremony start time, with pre-drinks available on arrival for your guests.

How much is the booking fee to secure the date?

You can secure your date with the non-refundable booking & administration fee of $400, with the balance due 2 months before the date of your wedding.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of our current special offer with all full ceremony decor packages, and pay in full at the time of booking to save 5% on the total payable.

What colour dried florals can I choose from?

All our ceremony backdrops include optional complimentary hire of a dried floral arrangement in your choice of colours from the options showcased on our dried floral gallery here.

Alternatively, you can upgrade to add a fresh floral arrangement either through us or via your Florist.

Cocktail Hour Furniture Packages

Make the most of your ceremony area and treat your guests to the deluxe experience by throwing a post ceremony cocktail hour for the guests to mingle and celebrate your wedding over a glass of champagne and nibbles while you head off for your photo shoot, or stay and join them!

Industrial chic style bar tables and bar stools

• 4 industrial chic style white legged bar tables or chic white bar tables.
• 16 industrial chic style white bar stools
• Delivery vehicle, set up and pack down of all included items on the day.
• Additional sets of bar tables and bar stools may be added.
