Sunset Glade Weddings
There is always something very special about weddings at the Sunset Glade lawn in Roma Street Park. Conveniently located on an elevated lawn at the top of the stairs behind Roma Street Park’s Garden Room Cafe. Being away from roads, the Sunset Glade wedding lawn has a serene and peaceful vibe.
Our gold hexagonal arbour looks paired with our lovely lilac and neutral dried floral arrangement looked absolutely stunning at the Sunset Glade lawn.

The City Saddle View Wedding Lawn at a quiet area Roma Street Parkland offers breathtaking views of the nearby city skyline from the spacious lawn. This generous sized and well-manicured lawn boasts a gorgeous shade providing tree, which also doubles as a beautiful backdrop for wedding ceremonies.

Harry Oakman Pavilion Weddings
The Harry Oakman Pavilion at Roma Street Park is another gorgeous Brisbane city wedding ceremony location. With a built-in pavilion that doubles as a wet weather option (just in case) and perfect for summer weddings with the undercover area providing plenty of shade, ideal for post ceremony celebration drinks.
Having the set up with the tree in the backdrop, as pictured, also works really well by creating a visual contrast and allowing our gloss white curved arch to really pop.
The Harry Oakman Pavilion is an ideal spot to host cocktail hour nibbles and drinks after the ceremony, while you head off for your wedding photos around the lush Roma Street Parklands.
Ceremonies can take place on the beautifully maintained lawn or beneath the undercover pavilion which has wooden deck flooring. Access to power is also available at this site and can be booked through Roma Street Parkland weddings.
In the unlikely event of wet weather, this area may also be utilised as a backup wet weather alternative and the following weddings showcase what a great option it is.

The Flying Duck venue is a deck suited to small intimate wedding ceremonies. A maximum of 16 guest chairs can be placed at this location.

Roma Street Parkland conveniently have a wet weather option available for your peace of mind. They will happily move your booking to their premium wet weather option, the sheltered Harry Oakman Pavilion in the event of wet weather. Subject to availability on your wedding day.
The shaded pavilion is also the perfect location for celebratory nibbles and drinks.
